500g of all purpose flour
500g of ripe banana
2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
enough water to make a consistent batter (usually 3-5 cups)
cooking oil foe deep fry
Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. In a large pot, heat up oil for deep frying.
Scoop the batter (about 1/2 of your fist) and drop in the oil. Remove when batter turns brownish. Drain and serve.
