500 gm cuttlefish - cleaned and cut into 2 2 tbsp curry powder 8 shallots - ground finely 60 ml coconut milk - from ½ grated coconut 1 egg ½ tsp salt 4 tbsp corn flour Oil for deep frying
1. Marinate cuttlefish with curry powder, shallots, egg, salt and coconut milk for 1 hour. 2. Add in the corn flour and mix well. 3. Heat oil and deep fry the cuttlefish until brown and cooked. 4. Drain well and serve.
